CONFOTUR is Dominican tourism incentive Law 158-01. It classifies qualifying tourism developments and gives their buyers specific tax relief.

Both Bonita Golf and Bonita Beach are classified under the law.

What does it save a buyer?

Two benefits are stated on the Bonita prices-and-terms page:
