Who is Bonita Golf for?

Bonita Golf is the one built to be lived in. It sits over Las Iguanas, an 18 hole course by P.B. Dye, minutes from Punta Espada and the marina. The structure stands today and the model residence is built, furnished and open at the site. The plan includes a clubhouse, infinity pools, a spa and a fitness center, with a concierge desk staffed 24/7.

Who is Bonita Beach for?

Bonita Beach is drawn for the owner who uses it part of the year and rents it the rest. It is built in three phases around a 15,000 square meter Crystal Lagoons lagoon, the largest in Cap Cana, with private beach access, a beach club and restaurant, a water sports center, infinity pools, housekeeping, private chef service and a spa operated on site. A row of villas sits directly on the lagoon beach.

Which is delivered first?

Bonita Golf, in 2027. Bonita Beach follows in 2028–2029. Delivery dates are construction estimates and carry the customary grace period stated in the contract.

Can I visit before I choose?

Yes. Schedule a private visit to the Bonita Golf site and model residence, or a video call, and ask for the current proposal for either project.
