# What it costs, and how buying works

> Both Bonita projects sell in US dollars under the same rules. This page states the current starting prices, the standard payment schedule, and the conditions that apply to every sale, so you know the structure before the first call.

## Starting prices

### Bonita Golf

A starting price covers the base unit type at current availability. Ask for the current proposal to see every type, floor and orientation with its exact price.

## The payment schedule

- reservation: US$5,000, credited to the price
- at contract signature: 30%
- during construction: 40%, in scheduled installments
- at delivery: 30%

This is the standard plan for both projects. Your installment calendar is set out in your purchase proposal, and the signed contract is what governs.

## CONFOTUR benefits

Both projects are classified under Dominican tourism incentive Law 158-01 (CONFOTUR). For the buyer this means an exemption from the 3% real estate transfer tax and from the IPI property tax for up to 15 years.

The application of each benefit is confirmed per unit at contract signature. We do not give tax advice; confirm your personal treatment with your advisor.

## Conditions of every sale

- Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude closing costs, transfer expenses and each party's legal fees.
- Until a reservation is countersigned, prices and availability can change and units can be withdrawn without notice. The signed promise of sale fixes the price of your unit; it does not change after that.
- Images, plans and furnishings shown in our materials are illustrative. Finishes and materials may be substituted with others of equal or better quality; stated areas are approximate and the contract states the measured ones.
- Delivery dates are construction estimates and carry the customary grace period stated in the contract. We report construction progress to buyers while we build.
- Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Only signed reservation and purchase documents create obligations, for you and for us.
- Sales are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Contracts are executed in Spanish; a courtesy translation can be provided.
