# The Bonita payment plan, step by step

> The standard plan for both Bonita projects is a US$5,000 reservation credited to the price, 30% at contract signature, 40% during construction in scheduled installments and 30% at delivery. Your own installment calendar is set out in your purchase proposal, and the signed contract is what governs.

## What does the plan look like?

The schedule is the same for Bonita Golf and Bonita Beach.

## Is the reservation extra?

No. The US$5,000 reservation is credited to the price of the unit. Until a reservation is countersigned, prices and availability can change and units can be withdrawn without notice.

## When is the price fixed?

The signed promise of sale fixes the price of your unit. It does not change after that.

## What is not in the schedule?

Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude closing costs, transfer expenses and each party's legal fees. Delivery dates are construction estimates and carry the customary grace period stated in the contract.

## Where do I see my own calendar?

In your purchase proposal. Ask the sales team for the current proposal for the unit you are considering; it sets out your installment calendar, and the signed contract is what governs.
